2010 Sales Incentives – More Rewarding than Ever!
Time to rev up your sales and reap the rewards. Our 2010 incentives package is bigger and better than ever. Your LSW annuity production could qualify you for an annual cash bonus that you can choose to receive or defer each year, your life insurance sales could qualify you for 5 additional cash bonuses and sales of both in all of 2010 could qualify you for our Conference of Champions trip. In addition, beginning on July 1, 2010, both your annuity and life insurance business could also qualify you for our Chairman’s Club international trip.

Chairman's Club is always an exciting, international location, and has included destinations in the past such as Ireland, Spain, Italy, Prague, Monte Carlo and Portugal, while the Conference of Champions is an exotic location closer to home. On top of two great trips, we are continuing to offer two production-based cash bonus programs – our Performance Plus program for LSW annuity sales and the quarterly Life Bonus program for life insurance sales.

2010-2011 Qualifying Periods:
Production from 1/1/2010 - 12/31/2010 counts toward qualification for the Conference of Champions, while the production qualification period for the next Chairman's Club runs from 7/1/2010 - 6/30/2011.

Chairman's Club
We’re very pleased to introduce the elite Chairman’s Club. This sales conference is for the best of the best from across the entire National Life Group of agents, and will follow in our tradition of transporting you to an inspiring international locale. We’ll provide more details this Spring on our destination and the qualification rules. Past trips have included Ireland, Spain, Italy, Prague, Monte Carlo and Portugal. You won’t want to miss the next trip!

Conference of Champions
You don’t need to wait to begin qualifying for a fantastic conference. Performance Plus
Performance Plus is a program to reward our top producers for outstanding, continuous and persistent LSW annuity production. Performance Plus qualifiers can receive significant extra income each year based on their new and continuing single premium and flexible premium annuity business. Qualifying producers can opt to receive an additional cash bonus each year or defer the income until a later date - and earn interest on the deferred compensation. By deferring the compensation, you may also lower your tax bracket and thus pay less in taxes each year on income you've already earned. To qualify, an individual agent must have two million or more in Production Credits from LSW annuity policies issued during the calendar year. Life Bonus
Our life insurance bonus program offers eligible producers the potential to receive a quarterly cash bonus based on life insurance sales paid in each quarter, together with the potential for an additional annual bonus. In essence, qualifying producers can earn up to 5 additional cash bonuses each and every year based on their life insurance production.
