Approximately 32 percent of school district employees already have a 403(b)/457 (results vary by individual county/school district).

That leaves 68 percent of those employees who are candidates for a new 403(b)/457(b), and they have a right to participate.

Why don’t they? Knowledge. Pensions are being cut across the country and Social Security seems more like “Social Insecurity” these days.
