This is a limited time offer available for the Guaranteed Lifetime Income Rider (Policy Form Nos. 7995 and 7996) on single premium deferred indexed annuities from Life Insurance Company of the Southwest (LSW). The 8.15% rollup rate is guaranteed for 10 years on all indexed SPDAs. Renewal rates in years 11+ will be determined each policy year in advance. The Rider charge is 0.85%. To take advantage of this special, applications must be received on or after May 15, 2010 and no later than August 31, 2010. Premium must be paid by November 30, 2010.
