Agents contracted with LSW to sell Life Insurance Products and Equity Services, Inc. Registered Representatives are required to carry agent's professional liability, commonly called agent's Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage. National Life Group has contracted with a third party to administer our E&O programs. In order to allow the third party to administer our E&O programs, National Life Group periodically provides agent data to the third party including: agent name and address, agent number, agency number, status of the agent, contract start and end dates, and type of business sold by the agent. This data is provided via encrypted file transfer to a secure website.
