How About a Fixed Product with Bonus?
RetireMax FPDA 3 Plus and Lone Star Texas Star Plus (Texas Only) are both a 12 year flexible premium deferred annuity designed for 403(b)/457 contributions and transfers. This is a traditional fixed product designed with a Bonus Accumulation Value that is equal to 3% of the Accumulation Value during the first 12 years. The BAV will be transferred into the Accumulation Value during years 13-15 – giving an extra incentive to keep the annuity at LSW.
The current rate for these two products is 3.00%.**

Partial Lump Sum - Transfer to Third Party
Did you know you can have the full transfer amount sent to LSW, and have a portion
of the transferred amount be sent to a Third Party Company?
Let’s assume you have $150,000 coming from a Non-Qualified account. You want to place $100,000 into a SecurePlus Premier 8 and have the other $50,000 sent directly to company XYZ. Here is how you will complete the request:
You will need to send a letter of instruction signed by the Annuitant, along with the Transfer Paperwork, detailing the following:
- Amount to stay at LSW (including Account Number if available)
- Amount to be transferred to Third Party
- Third Party Name and Contact Information
a. Mailing Address
b. Phone Number
c. Account Information (if available)
- Letter of Acceptance from Third Party Carrier
A great alternative to this type of situation would be to take the remaining $50,000 and place in a SPIA to Life to fund an LSW Life Insurance product.
