LSW introduces Guaranteed
Lifetime Income Riders!

Life Insurance Company of the Southwest (LSW) introduces a Guaranteed Lifetime Income Rider which offers industry-leading benefits and features, including:

  • A current Roll-Up Rate of 7 percent.1
  • LSW applies a compounded Roll-Up Rate to each premium until the earlier of:
    • The First Guaranteed Withdrawal Payment
    • 20th Policy Anniversary for Fixed and Indexed Annuities
    • 30th Policy Anniversary or 403(b)/457 Flexible Premium Annuities
  • Guaranteed Withdrawal Percentage for Every Age
    • Increases 10 bps each year income is deferred, with 4.5 percent beginning at age 60
    • 403(b)/457 flex riders increase 20 bps beginning at age 55, then 10 bps beginning at age 60
  • An Enhanced Benefit2 that increases the Guaranteed Withdrawal Percentage by 3 percent. At age 65, the Enhanced Benefit Percentage is 8 percent! The annuitant must qualify and cannot perform two out of six Activities of Daily Living on a permanent basis.
  • No annuitization required!
